Shipping Policy for Vampons

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our website.

Shipping Information

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. After your product is shipped, you can expect to receive it in 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates 

The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Vampons ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and internationally.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at helpme@vampons.xyz. Please take a picture of all packaging materials and damaged goods to include in your email. 

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please reach out to us if you aren't able to place an order and you are in a country outside of the US.
